Workshop for West African Dance and Rhythms – For grades 3–6

Primary school pupils get to learn West African dance with live accompaniment and djembe drum rhythms.

The workshops also aim to increase pupils’ awareness of Africa. Instructors with West African backgrounds will tell them about their countries of origin and the pupils can ask questions about West Africa.
