Yö Fest: Portraits of Materia

Portraits of Materia is a mobile installation / performance that will be performed at Yö Galleria in May.

In this piece, the flowing and solidified fluids of one body grind friction, melt, pause for a moment, pursue away, reveal and evaporate. They create dialogues in the body where the body talks to itself, creating subcutaneous landscapes. Bones and muscles rot.

Yö Fest vol. 2 will offer four rotating group exhibitions, as well as concerts, events and performances. The main venue of the festival will be Yö Galleria at Lönnrotinkatu 33. Performances and events will also be streamed online via youtube.
