The idea behind Grön is to create tasty, focused, plant-based and inspiring food that concentrates on high-quality ingredients. The food is based on seasonal, organic and wild ingredients as well as Scandinavian produce. What grows now in nature determinates the menu. 

The restaurant has been nominated one Michelin-star.

1. Grön

Nolla is a restaurant where great food goes hand in hand with sustainability.

The idea of Nolla was born out of a desire to serve great food without compromising sustainability. The restaurant aims to minimize the amount of waste produced with everyday actions that follow the restaurants sustainable values and waste-free ideology.

All of the ingredients are mindfully sourced from local farmers, fishermen and producers, with a strong focus on sustainability. Nolla places a heavy emphasis on seasonality, which is how it is possible to offer the best of local produce all year round without having to sacrifice the restaurants values.

Nollas approach to sustainability goes beyond the basics like food packaging and plastic. The restaurant has thought of every little detail, from clothing to energy consumption.

Nolla collaborates with passionate small producers to offer wines that are produced according to sustainable agricultural practices. Nolla is also proud to offer its guests a changing selection of fresh and vibrant craft beers from Mamu Brewing, Nolla's own in-house microbrewery. An interesting selection of other local beers is always available too.

2. Restaurant Nolla

Natura is an intimate, family-run restaurant in which uncompromising quality and relaxed social gatherings go hand in hand. The young, highly-professional team draws on experience gained at one, two and three-star Michelin restaurants in Finland, France, England, Spain and the Netherlands.

The menu is built round Finnish small scale producers and local ingredients, dishes are made from raw ingredients of only the highest quality, preferably organic and Fair Trade, prepared in an open kitchen within view of client. There are three tasting menus to choose from, or dishes can be ordered individually from the à la carte list.

3. Restaurant Natura

Hakaniemi Market Hall is a genuine Finnish market hall.  Designed by architect Karl Hård af Segerstad, the market hall was opened in 1914. The charming 100-year-old building has many shops on two floors. Eg. fresh fish, bread and pastries and other delicious food can be found on the first floor and souvenirs, handicrafts, interior decorations and other design objects on the second floor. 

Hakaniemi Market Hall is closed until further notice due to renovation. The vendors can be found in the next door temporary market hall until the renovation is completed.

4. Hakaniemi Market Hall

The Old Market Hall in Helsinki has served its customers since 1889. 

Merchants sell all sorts of cheese, fish, shellfish, vegetable, fruit and cakes to spices, coffee and tea. They are also more than happy to help with any special orders.

Here you can also find the smallest Alko shop for wines and beverages, as well as cafe's and restaurants.

5. Old Market Hall

The over 100 years old Hietalahti Market Hall serves as a cozy café and restaurant hall. International kitchens offer delicious flavor experiences around the world. The hall also offers versatile gifts for all occasions.
