Yö Fest vol. 6

Yö Fest vol.6 is a multi-media art festival organized for the sixth time at Yö Galleria.

Artist Association Yö’s member artists’ artworks have been curated into four thematic group exhibitions. A vast, high quality array of contemporary art is put on display. 

The great finale for the fest is the last week in April, focused on performance art at the gallery.

As the world order lies in an in-between stage, it projects into contemporary art. In the midst of change people can allow art to both shake them as well as soothe them. 

The display includes artworks taking a stand and visual moods shown through multi-diciplinary art mediums. Paintings, photographs, installations, textile and glass art include humor and hope for the future. 

This year’s festival offers plenty of audio visual art. During the period between winter and spring Yö Galleria displays performance art, dance and music.
