Eteläranta 6’s First Public Event: Panel Discussion

At the end of August, Architecture & Design Museum Helsinki will open Eteläranta 6 – a new venue for events and public engagement.
Together with its partners, the museum will host a program of events in the space designed by Studio Joanna Laajisto and invite residents to discuss the role and significance of architecture and design in the city.
Throughout the construction of the New Museum of Architecture and Design building, visitors will be able to follow the development of the area at Eteläranta 6. The event program will launch during Helsinki Design Week.
The talk will be moderated by researcher and journalist Katja Lindroos. Joining the discussion will be Aleksi Neuvonen, researcher at Demos Helsinki, and Carson Chan, Chief Curator rand Director of Curatorial Affairs at Architecture & Design Museum Helsinki.

The event is part of the Helsinki Design Week program
Please note that the historic Art Nouveau space is not barrier free. There are stairs leading to the venue as well as within the venue itself. The multi-level space does not have a lift.
