KUKKATALO + AB – ALL-AGES SHOW

Kukkatalo and AB are coming to Tiivistämö for an all-ages show on 9 October 2026!

KUKKATALO

The band’s name was originally supposed to be Viinitalo (“Wine House”), “but none of us is exactly a sommelier.” Kukkatalo is known for their wild and entertaining live shows. Their music combines elements of indie, rap, and pop, with a rock ’n’ roll attitude. The band’s two vocalists are also members of GOOD BOYS and JÄNÖKLUBI, while Samu plays the drums.

Kukkatalo released their second album, Ristiriita, in February 2026. Radio Helsinki selected it as their Album of the Week, while Helsingin Sanomat described the record as follows:

“In Kukkatalo’s cheerful 2020s mix of recycled influences, combining rap and rock already feels like a completely natural aesthetic choice that needs no explanation.”

AB

AB is a rap artist who wandered from Jyväskylä to Helsinki and broke through with the song Barcan paita, released in autumn 2025. The track became a viral social media phenomenon and quickly found its way onto, among others, the YleX playlist.

AB’s music combines house- and garage-influenced beats with effortlessly funny lyrics. The artist describes their distinctive sound as “optimism music.” The songs are built around observations of everyday life and awkward but unforgettable moments. Optimism and sincerity run through every verse.

Currently working on their debut album, AB also wins audiences over with irresistibly danceable live shows. Definitely worth seeing live!
