Baby Day Little Ones’ Morning

On Finland’s national Baby Day, Museum Leikki is filled with delightful baby theatre, cheerful music sessions and playful activities. 

Program:

9.10 & 11.00 Ensimmäinen koti – baby theatre (in Finnish)

Ensimmäinen koti is designed for babies aged 4–12 months and their parents. Based on sensory experiences and rhythm, it introduces to different elements and spaces of the home. 

The performance is followed by an optional play session. Duration 25 min, max 20 adult–baby pairs. Place reservation at the ticket office

9.30, 10.30 & 11.30 Music sessions at the Oppi&ilo activity station (in Finnish)

The music sessions will be led by Pauliina Ruokari. Duration 30 min, max 10 adult–child pairs / session. Place reservation at the ticket office

9.00-12.00 Oppi&ilo activity station

There you can discover Oppi&ilo’s new activities and  receive a new storybook Yrre ja hervoton hepulihäntä. The staff will introduce the activities and products, share tips and guide the fun with Yrre mascot!

9.00-12.00 Playing with Colours and Shapes nonstop play station

The children can explore colours, shapes and materials by moving, stacking and building. 

Tasty snacks are provided by Green Planet Astronauts
