Welcome to the Lauttasaari Orchestra’s Father’s Day Concert!
On Father’s Day, the Lauttasaari Orchestra will perform Richard Strauss’s Morgen, featuring soprano Johanna Lehesvuori, as well as Sibelius’s much-loved Violin Concerto, performed by Juho Valtonen.
The orchestra will also perform the utterly delightful and less frequently heard Sinfonia Piccola, composed in 1935 by Heikki Suolahti, who was only 15 years old at the time.
