The Ahjo Ensemble’s atmospheric Hehku Christmas concert takes listeners on a journey through the mystery of the holy night, the gentle light of winter and the peace of Christmas.

The programme features well-loved Christmas classics alongside rarer gems such as Benjamin Britten’s Hymn to the Virgin, Morten Lauridsen’s O Magnum Mysterium and Andrea Tarrodi’s Lume.

This memorable concert features the Ahjo Ensemble performing both as a full choir and in smaller ensembles, all under the direction of Julia Lainema.
