Brahe Street Festival

Brahe Street Festival takes over Itäinen Brahenkatu in Vallila on bringing a full afternoon and evening of live music, food, drinks, flea market finds and relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. 

The festival stage features a varied line-up of artists and bands. Performing throughout the day and evening are Marjo Leinonen, Arpavarkaat, Typerä, typerä mies, Pra Forrozia, Elektroluksus and Liina.

The programme moves between rock, rhythm music and distinctive original sounds. Above all, expect live music, energy and a great atmosphere in the heart of Vallila.

There will also be a flea market, offering plenty of opportunities to browse and make discoveries. Food and drinks will be available throughout the event, so visitors can arrive in the afternoon and stay on for the evening concerts.

The idea behind Brahe Street Festival is simple: every now and then, the street should belong to people. 

For one day, Itäinen Brahenkatu becomes a place to meet friends and neighbours, discover new faces, listen to music, eat, browse the flea market or simply sit down and enjoy a September day in the city.
