Discover the Mexican tradition of Día de Muertos at EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art.
This family event invites children and adults to explore a tradition of remembrance through creative activities, art, music and community participation.
Activities include making a Day of the Dead altar, Mexican paper-cutting (papel picado), face painting and a live audio-reactive performance by DJ Julle Gröhn, followed by a community closing performance.
The event is organised by Kulttuurikeskus Ninho ry in collaboration with EMMA.
Suitable for families with children of different ages. Visitors over 18 pay the museum’s admission fee.
