The food delivery services are a current phenomenon in the restaurant industry.
The mini exhibition at the Hotel and Restaurant Museum looks at the work of couriers from their own perspective.
What is a typical working day like for a food courier, or is there such a thing? What are the conditions under which a courier works? Are there any challenges or joys in the job?
The mini exhibition is based on a documentation of the work of food couriers, which will be carried out in 2024 and 2025. In cooperation with the Service Sector Trade Union PAM and PAM Couriers Finland.
