Johanna Ringbom & Iiro Salmi: Du vet hur det känns ibland – Swedish Week | Tuesday Matinee

This new musical production by actress Johanna Ringbom and musician Iiro Salmi focuses on the fine body of work by singer-songwriter and musician Olle Adolphson.

The concert features well-known songs such as ‘Mitt eget land’ and ‘Trubbel’, as well as some lesser-known tunes. The programme features 8–9 songs, interspersed with glimpses into Adolphson’s life and creative work; into his multifaceted, sensitive and restless nature.

In Adolphson’s own words: “The best thing that can happen to someone like me is for a song to take flight, soar upwards and leave its creator behind. It thereby becomes a folk song, and that is the greatest honour.”
