Nordic Culture Point is starting a literature circle in the Northern Sámi language!  

In the literature circle,  the group will read Nordic literature and discuss the works together; however, participation is also possible without reading the book.

10.4.2025 the group will discuss Niillas Holmberg’s latest novel Goatnelle (2024, DAT), which is nominated for the 2025 Nordic Literature Prize. 

29.4.2025 the group will discuss Anne Solfrid Nymo Olli’s work Gávpogis okto dorvvuhaga (2023, Iđut). 

20.5.2025 the group will discuss Niviaq Korneliussen’s novel Lieđđevággi (2024, Davvi Girji), which received the Nordic Council Literature Prize 2021.

The language of the events is Northern Sámi, and you can also participate in Inari Sámi.
