PORTTITEATTERI: JÄLJET – Dokumentaarinen esitys kehojemme muistista

Porttiteatteri is a community theatre for people released from prison, people with a criminal background and professional artists.

Its documentary presentations can be seen as a form of social discourse. JÄLJET –Dokumentaarinen esitys kehojemme muistista (TRACES – a documentary performance about the memory our bodies hold) is a work about the tricky, hard-worn and ragged bodies of performers with a criminal background. It is a performance about beating hearts, scars and injuries, but also strength, pleasure and care. The work is a journey down memory lane and a wink to mythical heroes, homecomers.
