Traditional flea market in Old Vallila, Helsinki

Vallila’s century-old houses invite you to enjoy their green courtyards. The traditional and popular flea market event is organized by six houses. Among them is Sture that soon turns 100 years old and once was the largest building in Helsinki. Next to it is Sammatti with one of the largest courtyards in the Nordic countries.

Residents sell plants, jewelry, toys, dishes, household items, clothes, etc. You can also stop in many of the courtyards for coffee and home-baked treats.

You can easily get there by tram 6 and 8 (stop: Vallilan varikko), tram 7 (stop: Hattulantie), and tram 13 (stop: Nylanderinpuisto).
