Via Crucis, 30th Anniversary Performance

Via Crucis Helsinki will once again be performed in central Helsinki at Easter. This year marks the 30th anniversary of Helsinki’s Via Crucis, the Way of the Cross.

The script for the upcoming Easter production is based on the pilgrimage play Via Crucis – the Way of the Cross, written in 1996–97 by Jouko H. Nissinen, and has been updated with scenes written by Anna-Mari Kaskinen.

The production is directed by Markku Arokanto. Anssi Niemi is acting Jesus.
