Rauhankatu 1 – Pohjoisranta 10

Completed in 1900, the building was designed by architects Onni Törnqvist (later Tarjanne) and Lars Sonck. The building presents the early phases of Jugend -style but has still some remains of the eclectism from the end of 19th century. Every floor is styled differently. Winner of public vote for the most beautiful jugend -style building in Helsinki organized by Helsingin Sanomat in 2007.
