Flavour Studio

Flavour Studio is a 150 m² cooking school and event space at Teurastamo, Helsinki’s food culture district, 300 metres from Kalasatama metro station. Running for over ten years, the venue hosts corporate cooking classes, team days, Christmas parties, private dinners, celebrations, seminars, and TV and commercial shoots.

Six fully equipped cooking stations with induction hobs and steam ovens are movable, so the same room turns from a seminar into a cooking class and a dinner within a single day. Groups of 10–70 can cook together; a seated dinner takes up to 80 guests and a standing event 100. With the neighbouring Kellohalli added, up to 700 m² is available.

Built-in AV: two projectors with screens, eight speakers, wireless microphones and central display control. The venue holds a full liquor licence and has a separate professional kitchen. Events are delivered turnkey, with programme, ingredients, instruction and catering included. Formats range from relaxed street food evenings to more festive dinners and Master Chef-style competitions. Classes run in Finnish or English and suit everyone from beginners to experienced cooks. Special diets (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and vegetarian) and non-alcoholic options are available.
