Kallio Church tower

Welcome to the 112-year-old Kallio church tower. Climb the 273 steps of the national romantic landmark and see Helsinki from a whole new perspective!

The tower tour lasts about 40 minutes. The visit is not accessible and there is no lift to the top of the tower. For safety reasons, you cannot take an assistance or guide dog with you. To visit the tower, you must be 18 years old and agree to follow the safety guidelines. For accessibility and safety reasons, all guests must climb the tower on their own. Climbing the tower during thunderstorms and storm winds (snow and ice in winter) is strictly prohibited. A visit to the tower is not prevented by rain but may be interrupted by thunderstorms.

Tower visits available year-around – weather permitting!

The tower of Kallio Church is open year-round, weather permitting, and a visit can be arranged even on short notice. Please note that outside the summer season, the admission fee is €15.
