The Computer Museum of Kallio

The Kallio Computer Museum is the functional computer museum located on the Alppikatu. The museum presents the computer culture of the 1970s and 1980s. The exhibition spaces is build like the computer retail stores were in the 1980s. For visitors, the Kallio Computer Museum offers the illusion of computer shops from the time when the first home computers arrived on the market for consumers to buy. The museum is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, unless otherwise indicated on the museum’s website. On weekdays, the museum can be reserved for private use, e.g. for corporate events and tourist tours.
