Elvis Costello & Steve Nieve

Elvis Costello, who represents the most important songwriters of the new wave of rock, is coming to Finland for a solo gig in September together with his long-time collaborator Steve Nieve!

The British chameleon Elvis Costello, who skillfully dominates many genres of music is a living legend and a grandmaster of light music.

During Costello's long career, his music has changed from the edgy punk-influenced rock of the early years to soul, ballads, jazz and country. Costello's 1977 debut single "Less Than Zero" and the subsequent album "My Aim Is True" made him a cult favorite whose star has not dimmed in fifty years. Costello's last year's studio album "The Boy Named If" also got rave reviews.
