Danish band Mew is coming to Helsinki Ice Hall this December for the final Finnish show of their career.

The band’s mesmerizing guitar-driven rock began to spread as early as 2002, when they opened for Kent at various venues across Finland. The following spring, their international breakthrough album Frengers was released, propelling their popularity to a whole new level.

They are known for songs such as Comforting Sounds, Special, Am I Wry? No, and The Zookeeper’s Boy.

Opening for Mew will be the Copenhagen-based duo Snuggle.
