90 Day Finn is a 30- to 90-day program designed for founders, executives, and innovators to explore business opportunities in Helsinki and experience life in the world’s happiest country. The program offers visits to Helsinki-based companies, meetings with key players from both the private and public sectors, including officials and access to exclusive business networking events with Finnish investors, founders, and executives.


Outside of the professional agenda, participants are encouraged to connect through uniquely Finnish experiences such as sauna rituals, foraging for mushrooms in magical forests, and embracing the simple, joyful lifestyle of a Finn.


At the end of the program, participants graduate as alumni and join a global network of 50+ highly connected individuals from around the world. The alumni community enjoys ongoing engagement through annual events organised by Helsinki Partners, as well as continuous access to the network via dedicated online platforms.

Parker is the founder and CEO of Element 16. He’s an inventor on multiple thermal energy storage patents and leads Element 16’s business development, which is backed by $12 million of government and private funding. The Nordics are leaders in industrial heat electrification and thermal energy storage, and Parker is exploring Finland as a potential European home for Element 16.

With a background in energy plant engineering and design entrepreneurship, he is passionate about building a sustainable, well-being-focused society—one he sees embodied in Finland. Debbie, was the CEO of Act Now Coalition, which is a U.S.-based nonprofit leader with roots in Taiwan and Sweden, creating open-source data tools to address global issues like Covid-19 and climate change. With a background in global policy and business at Google, she joined the 90 Day Finn program to better understand Helsinki’s social systems, explore local solutions, and reconnect with Nordic values of governance and well-being. The experience shaped her pivot toward political strategy and democratic innovation through The Act Now Project, and later, her return to psychotherapy studies with a focus on mental health and psychedelics. He connects the dots beyond the obvious, aligning companies, governments, and investors to move projects from pilot to scale with blended finance (private, EU, Business Finland, IDB, CORFO) and hard decarbonisation KPIs. Focus: sustainable mining (tailings-to-value, critical minerals), ports & logistics decarbonisation, smart and sustainable cities and territories, renewables & H₂/e-fuels, and the forest bioeconomy. Recent work: more than USD 50M in co-funding secured, Nordic tech pilots launched with Chilean stakeholders, and SPVs/JVs formed to align incentives. Alli works for a global venture capital fund that invests in interactive entertainment. The largest vertical of their portfolio is video game studios. They already have some investments in Finland, and he wanted to explore other opportunities here as well. Alli wanted to help build ties and connections between Finland and Los Angeles. He also wanted to expose their daughter and themselves to more diverse cultures. They experienced the Northern European lifestyle as a change of pace from sunny Southern California.

Fernando Ferrer is an award-winning data engineer, architect, and AI professor with 20+ years of experience. He founded Nerio Data School and co-founded Q2 Metrics, a healthcare analytics firm acquired in 2016. As an angel investor and mentor, he supports tech ventures and has worked with Pfizer, Paramount, UFC, FIFA, and the Olympics. He’s also an advisor to Marsland Institute (co-founded by two other 90 Day Finn alumni) and a TopTal-certified data engineer (top 3% globally). With a global career across five countries, Fernando is passionate about innovation, education, and ethical AI.

Jeff is the co-founder and CEO of Admetsys, a biomedical technology company at the forefront of critical care automation. He is the primary architect of the company’s clinical robotics platform, which brings together advanced biosensing, machine intelligence, and adaptive therapeutic delivery. An economist by training and a technologist by practice, Jeff has worked in life sciences, semiconductors, energy, and finance. He specialises in the design of adaptive systems and organisations that build and use these, with particular technical expertise in areas including artificial intelligence, robotics, distributed systems, and human-computer interaction.

Kevin is a technical entrepreneur based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2024, he co-founded MightierAI, which uses AI to simplify questionnaire responses for enterprise sales and security processes. The company has secured clients including Talkspace, GoodRx, and Sermo and closed a $1.25M pre-seed round in early 2025. With a background in data analytics, engineering, and product management, Kevin has developed a knack for explaining complex concepts clearly—a capability that’s central to MightierAI’s mission. Participating in 90 Day Finn’s first cohort in 2021 connected him with lifelong friends and expanded his network and opportunities across global markets.

Ladi is the Senior Director of Global Engagement at the University of Washington, where she leads international partnerships and serves as the primary liaison for government, corporate, nonprofit, and academic collaborators around the world. In her current role, Ladi collaborates regularly with the Embassy of Finland in Washington, DC, and works closely with Finland’s honorary consuls in Washington state.
