Humu'z & Döners

Humu'z & Döners is a Mediterranean fusion restaurant that serves for example chicken döner, beef döner and vöner in a salad bowl or in a pita. The restaurant serves also falafel and fresh salad mixes. The restaurant aims to bring together Mediterranean dips, Asian spice mixes and European sauces, which are mixed together with traditional yaprak döner meat and served in Berlin style with pide bread. The restaurant aims to bring real döner meat to different customer groups; the döner meat is gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, vegetarian and halal.
