Finnish ingredients are the core of Nokka’s cooking. At Nokka, everything is made by hand, each ingredient is given the respect it deserves, and extra attention is paid to minimize food waste. Wild ingredients from Finnish forests and waters are used: game, fish, berries, mushrooms, plants and herbs.
