Näin unta kaukaisesta maasta is inspired by six paintings found in the history of Finnish art. The album's music acts as a free-form soundtrack for these works of art and prompts listeners to make their own interpretations and journeys between sound and image. The album comes with a picture booklet where you can find photos of the paintings that inspired the music.
