Charlotta Kerbs & Sanjay Khan – Svenska Veckans Seniornätverksträff

Charlotta Kerbs (Lepplax, Finland) and Sanjay Khan (Rajasthan, India) met at a festival summer 2022 in Sweden where they were both performing, and a collaboration was soon born.

Inspired by each others music and culture they create an unique musical meeting, blending traditional Finnish and Nordic music tradition together with traditional and classical music from India. The music they create together is meditative, mystic but also playful and energetic and invites to interaction and dance. They bring the message of love and joy through music, with big smiles and open hearts!

Sanjay Khan is a singer, tabla, harmonium and kartal virtuoso and a heir to a musical knowledge perpetuated for seven generations. He tours and represents sufi music and traditional and classical music from northern India all over the world. Sanjay has performed in over 80 countries and played for Queen Elizabeth and Mick Jagger, bringing Indian tradition to hearts all over the world.
