Club Ny: Otto Nuoranne & Seiji Kokeguchi

Club Ny is a new type of music club that combines acoustic contemporary art music with experimental electronic music. 

The premiere of the club will feature a composition concert of Otto Nuoranne followed by electronic music performed by Seiji Kokeguchi.

Otto Nuoranne is a Helsinki-based composer, music maker, and cellist. Seiji Kokeguchi is a Japanese, Helsinki-based composer and sound artist. 

Other performers in the concert are Mariola Aniolek (piano), Anna-Sofia Anttonen (baritone saxophone), Rachel McIntosh (soprano), Vivian Neff (clarinet), Niina Ranta (piano), and Livia Schweizer (flute). 

The concert will feature premieres of two pieces by Otto Nuoranne, Roso for a four-player ensemble and Pakrágr for piano.

Club Ny is a standalone concert for now, but the premiere is also a pilot for a new type of club concert series which might continue in the future.
