Course in Mosaic Art - Basics

The basic course in mosaic art is intended for everyone who wants to familiarize themselves with the different production methods of mosaic art. 

During the course, the participants will practically familiarize themselves with the reverse technique, which is less known in Finland. With this technique, the course participant prepares a work whose topic can be chosen at the beginning of the course. 

The materials needed for the course are included in the course price. More valuable smalti stones can also be redeemed from the course if you wish.

The course includes three instructors of practical work who are familiar with the technique under the guidance of the Serbian mosaic artist Mirko Cetkovic.

Program:
Friday at 16.00 - 20.00 Theoretical presentation of different ways of making mosaic art, choosing the subject to be prepared in the course, choosing the stones and starting the work.
Saturday from 10.00-17.00 Continuation of practical work
Sunday from 10.00-17.00 Completion of work and cementing.
