Draft! – Stoa’s art and nature course for 3rd and 4th graders

Draft! courses take you into the forest, stimulating your senses and exploring nature through art and environmental education.

The local forest serves as a learning environment and a starting point for artistic work. The aim is to strengthen both the pupils’ connection with nature and environmental citizenship as well as to provide teachers with tools for dealing with environmental issues.

The five-part course includes three two-hour workshops to explore the diversity of nature and our relationship with it. In addition, the course includes a visit to a museum and a nature excursion in eastern Helsinki.
