Free workout classes in Kaivopuisto

Friskis&Svettis Helsinki offers free workout classes in Kaivopuisto park every Tuesday at 6pm! Classes continue all summer until the end of August - rain or shine.

Kaivopuisto's workout classes are already a concept in Helsinki and a long-awaited summer event - the first class was organized more than 30 years ago! "Jumppa" is suitable for everyone and you can participate in the class according to your own condition and mood. Energetic music inspires and encourages you to keep moving.

The classes are open to everyone and free of charge. No pre-registration needed.
