"Good moments are born of potent gifts of perception and epiphany. When one pauses in wonder, and yet continues one´s journey. Good moments are giddy with happiness.

We change, life buffets us, and we cannot always find our way back to truths and ideas we once found. Life hits hard, it betrays, it pushes us into dimensions from which there is no easy return. Every moment contains a departure and return, but each one stand at a crossroads and that crossroad is home.

Moments are like spaces between words. Our mind is home, and the roads are different. Sometimes is necessary to find home – otherwise we can´t go on or we are unable to change the direction.

Good moments are the pauses between. Not so much lived moments as moments in the here and now. Almost daily, I say out loud: this is a good moment. I speak to the moment as if I were praising a child. Moments are opportunities, bursts of inspiration.

Painting is evolution of moments. The essence of creativity is to be awake in those moments when the moments change – in times of transition, loss and rebirth."
