Jack's Basket Room – Open Stage

Jack’s Basket Room will fill the Espa Stage with atmospheric rhythms that emphasise modern American roots music.

From 2015, the Helsinki based band has relied on its distinctive music that includes traces of alt-country, blues, rock ‘n’ roll and even indie rock. Ever since it was formed, Jack’s Basket Room has played regular gigs in Finland and also performed a few times in Sweden.

JBR produced and published its first albums, Welcome to and Vanilla Club, on its own. The Wrong Turn album published in 2020 was produced by Espe Haverinen, and it includes many big Finnish names, such as PK Keränen, Espe Haverinen, Yari and Antero Priha. The band’s third full-length album has just finished recording, and singles from the album will be published as the spring of 2024 advances. JBR’s works have been played on the radio channels of more than 15 countries across the world.
