Movie Night on the Beach

Ubuntu Film Club X Pop Up Kino Helsinki are once again organizing a free outdoor film screening at Aurinkolahti beach in August. This time showing SET IT OFF. SET IT OFF is an American action film from 1996 that follows four close friends in Los Angeles, California who plan to pull off a bank robbery - each for different reasons - in order to better their lives for themselves and their families. The film stars Jada Pinkett, Queen Latifah, Vivica A. Fox and Kimberly Elise. The film was directed by F. Gary Gray and written by Kate Lanier and Takashi Bufford. Length: 2 h, age limit: 16. 

PROGRAM:
At 20, the event starts with DJ Suinner's set & a Tina Turner tribute
At 21, DJ Qwelz’s set, Afrobeats, Amapiano, other tunes.
At 22, the movie starts (age limit 16)

There is also Riyo Cafe, which offers tasty and trendy cafe products and pastries from East Africa. So bring your picnic blanket and basket! And as usual, show up healthy and remember to clean up after yourself.

The movie starts approximately at 21.45 after the sun has set, the age limit of the movie is 16. Before the movie starts, the event doesn't have an age limit.
