Moving in November – Bryana Fritz: Submission Submission

In Submission Submission Bryana Fritz embodies the role of an ‘amateur hagiographer' exploring the strategies used by Medieval women saints to challenge their restricted lives.

Through four distinct performative portraits, Fritz immerses herself in the echoes of sanctity, utilizing the tools that bring these narratives to life.

The performance is part of Moving in November festival 2.-12.11.2023. As part of the festival, there will be an open discussion with Fritz and local host called Soup Talk on the 10th of November at noon in Caisa.

Moving in November is a contemporary dance festival organised yearly in the Helsinki area.

The festival is an invitation to come together. To experience artistic works from the local scene and abroad. Artists voicing their critical thinking, their visions, their experiences, their dreams, opening small windows to the world we are living in.

Caisa is one of the festival venues. In year 2023 Moving in November Festival will take place in 2.–12.11.
