Night of the Arts at the City Museum
As dusk falls in the August evening, the Night of the Arts will spread to the atmospheric courtyard of the City Museum.
On the Night of the Arts, the Helsinki City Museum will screen old Helsinki-related documentary films and commercials in the Falkman courtyard. Later in the evening, the event will also feature a 35 mm film copy screening of Aki Kaurismäki’s award-winning film The Match Factory Girl. Refreshments and movie snacks will be provided by El Fant Cafe & Wine Bar.
The event is free of charge.

On the Night of the Arts, visitors can go see the projector room from 7pm to 10pm. The museum exhibitions are open until 11pm during the Night of the Arts.
