The Finnish Olympic Committee will organize the Olympic Day at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium in September.

The Finnish Olympic Committee will organize the Olympic Day at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium in September. 

Olympic Day is an event that is open to everyone and free of charge, which offers the public the opportunity to try different sports.

Street area:
Street are is located in front of the Olympic Stadium main gate. In the Street are you can try new Olympic sports, for example street basketball. You can also try hockey, rinkball, skiing, cycling, tennis, floorball and play tricks with the ball in the spirit of street football.

Sport area:
Sport area is inside the Olympic Stadium. In the Sport area you can try out and watch athletics, swimming, badminton, darts, SkidiNet ball games, cheerleading, figure skating, baseball, golf, archery, rugby, shooting sports, orienteering, weightlifting, taekwondo, judo, hokurotyu-jujutsu, karate, boxing, the Sport area will also feature a demonstration of breaking, a dance sport that will debut at the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics.

Sports and physical activity cultural center TAHTO free entry from 11 am to 5 pm:
Paris 2024 Olympics is right around the corner! You can prepare yourself for the upcoming Paris Olympics in TAHTO: In TAHTO's main exhibition you can see Ville Ritola's Olympic medals from Paris 1924 and the stopwatch used by Paavo Nurmi in Paris are on display. On the day of the event, the exhibitions also feature unique mascots and torches from various Olympic Games from years ago. With the help of the interactive smart wall, you can get to know, for example, the stories of people who have experienced the Olympics and impressive 3D objects. Finnish Olympic history is widely displayed in TAHTO!
