Run to Sauna

Lapinlahden Lähde is organizing  in the spring season Run to Sauna event, that includes a run of 40 minutes after which there is sauna available for the runners.

The route is approx. 5 km at a brisk pace, but everyone is welcome to join the event.

Dress according to weather, in cold weather it’s good to have some layers, non-slippery shoes and a reflector, also a towel and something cool to drink afterwards
