Saddam Jumaily’s art exhibition “Image” will be held in May at the beautiful and historical location of Lapinlahden Lähde.

”Politicians and clerics talk about reforming the world, and the promise of a better life. But in fact, they are destroying the world. They disguise the distortions of the world with the makeup of speech. I’m wiping off this makeup. I’m lifting the lid on what’s really going on. portraying the world from within. We believe lies to see the world safer.
When we lose control of the lie for a long time, the truth emerges.
When we lose the ability to act ethically. And when we lose awareness of the relationships between us. The truth emerges. It is a strange, unbelievable and unpredictable fantasy world. It is the ruin that the authorities are trying to hide.
Everything real is fantastic and weird. The beautification of the world is a beautiful lie. We don’t always have to believe it.”
