Teurastamo Jazz 2024

Teurastamo's own jazz festival Teurastamo Jazz offers a multidimensional musical menu for lovers of rhythm music. 

In the free event for the whole family, the courtyard stages will be taken over by an amazing group of performers: Olli Ahvenlahti Acoustic Quartet, Wilfried Wilde Quartet, children's music band Megasakki and DJ Matti Nives.

The after party will be celebrated with jazz jams conducted by Ville Luukkonen. 

The house band featuring top trumpeter Kalevi Louhivuori (Arto Ikävalko – piano, Joonas Tuuri – bass) will take the Paahtimo Stage and welcome all music players to perform the last beats of a music-filled evening with them. 

In the jam session, you can also find the musicians of the previous bands in a relaxed atmosphere, throwing themselves into the whirlwind of improvisation.
