Taste of Wilderness: The Finnish Championship of Outdoor Cooking

Retkipaikka invites wilderness chefs from all corners of Finland to compete in Nuuksio National Park, near the Finnish Nature Centre Haltia this spring. 

The Taste of Wilderness competition is the first Finnish championship in wilderness cooking. The purpose of the competition is to inspire people to challenge their perception of outdoor cuisine and promote Finnish and global wilderness food culture.
