Whose Angels? – Art, research and enchantment

Photographer Hanne Kiiveri's works invite the viewer to reflect on what angels are and what they might look like today.

Whose Angels? art exhibition will tour the Helsinki metropolitan area in 2024. You can find Kiiveri’s angels at the mall, gallery, church and on the Internet. Photographs are part of a project to create and explore contemporary angel images.

Come and check out the exhibition photos and discuss them with us. What does your angel look like? You can also participate in the project by designing your own angel image with the artist.
The artist will collect the exhibition guests’ ideas as research material with an electronic survey. The study will be carried out at the University of Helsinki. The project is funded by Kone Foundation.

Opening of the exhibition on Wed 4 September at 6–7:30 pm
