A hangout for young people organised by the Malmi Youth Work Unit as part of the closing day of Malmitalo’s summer of events.

The programme includes activities organised by young people: yard games, drawing and playing games. Come and join us!

14.00–16.00 Flower workshop
At this surplus flower workshop by the rescue flower shop Kukkis, we make wreaths or other small floral decorations to take home. See you there!

14.30–15.00 Will Funk For Food
Will Funk For Food, founded in 2008, is one of Finland’s most internationally successful street dance groups, specialising in the dance style Locking. WFFF promotes its dance style in Finland and aims to establish street dance as part of the Finnish cultural scene while bringing joy and excitement to people of all ages. The dance group’s greatest achievements include three consecutive Finnish championship gold medals and performances in Japan, France and Sweden.

15.00–16.00 Kukkatalo
Kukkatalo is known for its raucous, entertaining and surprising gigs. The band’s music combines indie, rap and pop with a rock attitude. The band’s two soloists are also involved in the ensembles GOOD BOYS and JÄNÖKLUBI.

The band’s second album, Ristiriita, released in February 2026, was chosen as Album of the Week by Radio Helsinki and received critical acclaim. In Kukkatalo’s music, the combination of rap and rock seems a natural part of their form of contemporary pop.

16.00–17.00 Self-adornment workshop
A self-adornment workshop organised by young people from the Malmi Youth Work Unit as part of the closing day of Malmitalo’s summer of events. Come adorn yourself with lovely glitter and face paint!

17.00–18.00 ANI
ANI is one of the most fascinating pop artists of the moment, combining Finnish mental landscapes and poetic lyrics with a youthful sound and high class production values.
As a singer-songwriter, ANI has been involved in numerous songs that have sold gold and platinum, featuring artists such as JVG, BESS, BEHM and Evelina. Her talent has also been recognised with Emma nominations for Music Maker of the Year and Pop Artist of the Year.
ANI’s live performances are known for their strong presence, energy and authenticity, making every show a unique experience.
