Sound healing is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years. The harmonious sounds of various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and Koshi chimes, help the body and mind enter a state of deep relaxation.

During the event, you don’t need to do anything. Simply give yourself permission to rest and allow the sounds to carry you. 

At the end, you will gently return to the present moment through silence and mindful presence. As the event comes to a close, you will also have the opportunity to draw an oracle card, if you wish.
