Meet the Maker at Stoa’s lobby

Meet the Maker at Stoa’s lobby invites the audience to encounter artists and other creators whose works will be presented at Stoa in the coming month.

Stoa is a meeting place for theatre, events, and visual arts, where art is created, displayed, and sparks conversation. The event is a relaxed, interactive discussion in which the artists introduce themselves and their upcoming projects at Stoa. The conversation is moderated by Sara Hirn and Ahmed Al-Nawas.

The audience is warmly invited to ask questions and join the conversation. Meet the Maker at Stoa’s lobby takes place on the last Thursday of each month (except in April, when it is held on the second-to-last Thursday) and is open to everyone interested in art – including first-time visitors.

The event is free and bilingual (Finnish–English). Questions can be asked in the artists’ mother tongue as well.
