Community dances: Salsa with Bomba Buena Social Club – Community Mondays at Malmitalo

On the first Monday of the month, we dance at Malmitalo!

These free community dance sessions, which are open to everyone, begin with a dance lesson, after which participants can practise what they have learnt to the accompaniment of a live band. The dance style changes every month. Come dance with us! The event is part of Malmitalo’s ‘Community Mondays’ series.

The Finnish-Cuban band Bomba Buena takes its audience on an instant trip to Old Havana. Known for its infectious groove and authentic vibe, this powerhouse son and timba band performs gems of Cuba’s rich musical tradition with feeling, skill and an energy brimming with an undying zest for life and a positive attitude.
